Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a notification with shipping details.
Please note that during peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the Netherlands and Belgium.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping on all orders over €49.99.
- €6.95 (NL) / €9.50 (BE) shipping fee for orders under €49.99.
Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking details to become available in the carrier’s system.
Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If you notice an error in your order details, contact us immediately at service@ooakpet.com. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and item.
If you believe your package has been lost, please reach out to us and we will assist further.
