Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
When a return is processed, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund and the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and item.
If you believe your package has been lost, please reach out to us and we will assist further.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original purchase in accordance with this policy. Once the return has been received and approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund (minus return shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. If more than 20 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at service@ooakpet.com.
